1. Service Coverage & Delivery Radius
Breeze Rooftop Cafe delivers gourmet meals, artisan beverages, and cafe favorites across Palghar city and surrounding areas. Our primary delivery radius covers Palghar West, Palghar East, Railway Station area, Mahim Road, Manor Road, and adjoining residential and commercial hubs within a 6 to 8 km radius from Kanchan Aura.
2. Preparation & Delivery Timelines
We are committed to delivering kitchen-fresh dishes in optimal condition:
- Standard Delivery: Typical total fulfillment duration is 25 to 45 minutes from the moment an order is confirmed by our kitchen team.
- Culinary Preparation: 15 to 20 minutes of fresh, artisanal cooking on our rooftop kitchen.
- Doorstep Transit: 10 to 25 minutes of dedicated motorcycle dispatch depending on delivery distance and traffic.
- Live GPS Tracking: You can track your rider's assigned status, partner contact number, and delivery progress in real time directly from your tracking screen.
3. Insulated Packaging & Hygiene Standards
All orders are packed in eco-conscious, food-grade thermal containers designed to retain piping hot temperature and crisp textures. Cold beverages and shakes are securely sealed with spill-proof caps. Every bag is protected with a tamper-evident seal before dispatch.
4. Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Delivery charges are calculated transparently and shown at checkout before you authorize payment. We offer complimentary delivery for orders exceeding specified promotional thresholds. There are never hidden surge charges or packaging markups.
5. Contactless Delivery & Doorstep Payments
Customers may request contactless doorstep drop-off by providing instructions during checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our riders carry dynamic UPI QR codes so you can conveniently pay via GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm at your door if you do not have exact cash.
6. Heavy Weather & Rush-Hour Exceptions
During severe coastal monsoon rains, local road diversions, or peak weekend rush hours, delivery windows may be extended slightly to ensure the physical safety of our delivery riders. Any significant delay is proactively communicated via live status notifications on your tracking page.
