1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (breezerooftopcafe.pages.dev), placing online orders, or booking dining tables at Breeze Rooftop Cafe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Food Preparation & Kitchen Timings
Our rooftop kitchen operates daily between 11:00 AM and 11:30 PM. All gourmet dishes, shakes, mocktails, and artisanal pizzas are crafted fresh to order. Estimated preparation and delivery times (typically 25-45 minutes) may vary slightly during peak evening rush or heavy weather conditions.
3. Payment & Pricing
All menu prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and represent direct cafe pricing without third-party platform surcharges. Payment can be made online via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) or via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon doorstep delivery.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Grace Cancellation Window: You may cancel an online order within 60 seconds of placement directly from your live tracking screen without any penalty.
- Kitchen Locked Orders: Once our culinary team commences cooking, customized fresh food items cannot be cancelled.
- Defective / Incorrect Orders: If an item is delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify our front desk at +91 70208 09059 within 30 minutes of receipt. We will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds for online payments are credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days as governed by banking cycles.
5. Table Reservations & Rooftop Conduct
Table reservations are held for up to 20 minutes past the booked time. Breeze Rooftop Cafe promotes a warm, family-friendly, and celebratory atmosphere; guests are expected to maintain respectful rooftop dining decorum.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising from transactions or dining services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar / Maharashtra.
